Description: The Moreno Valley Cultural Arts Foundation in conjunction with the City of Moreno Valley’s Arts Commission and Library Commission presents a Celebration of Black History Month that will encompass an exhibition of local artists and artists from the Society of Nigerian Artists, literary readings, discussions, and a variety of other related activities. The event runs from 1 – 5 PM with a reception at 5 PM along with the start of the Vanguard Art Expo and MusicFest presenting artists/artisan vendors and live music featuring several local musicians and bands.
