Families are invited to the Annual Springtastic Festival and Egg Hunt, in Moreno Valley!

Spring is in the air, and families across Moreno Valley are invited to celebrate the season at the city’s annual Springtastic Festival and Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28.

The popular community event will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Sunnymead Park, offering a morning filled with family-friendly fun, festive activities, and, of course, thousands of hidden eggs.

Children ages 12 and under can participate in the free egg hunts, which are divided by age group to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Participants are encouraged to bring their own baskets or bags.

Egg hunt times are scheduled as follows:

  • 9:15 a.m.: Ages 2–5 (one guardian allowed on the field)
  • 9:45 a.m.: Ages 6–8 (no guardians on the field)
  • 10:15 a.m.: Ages 9–12 (no guardians on the field)
  • 10:30 a.m.: Children with special needs (one guardian allowed)
  • Event organizers note that times are subject to change.

Beyond the egg hunts, the festival will feature a lively Youth Fun Zone complete with games, inflatables, and crafts, along with music from a live DJ and a variety of local food vendors.

The annual celebration has become a seasonal favorite, giving families a chance to gather outdoors, enjoy the warmer weather, and connect with the community.
