Exclusive Report: Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Unveils Impressive New Mural at the CRC On Monday, October 28th, Mayor Ulises Cabrera and the City Council held a dedication ceremony to celebrate the completion of a HUGE new mural in the CRC breezeway. This Mural, completed by popular Moreno Valley artist Patrick Barwinski, is entitled "Harmony in the Valley" and celebrates the unique spirit of Moreno Valley, capturing the City's rich heritage, diverse community, and natural wonders.
