Celebrate the Fourth of July with the City of Moreno Valley at the Parade and Funfest.

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,  As a longtime member of the Moreno Valley community, I love how our city comes alive during the Fourth of July.  This year’s Independence Day promises to be a celebration like no other, with family-friendly events throughout the day.  Start the day by attending our signature Fourth of July parade at 9:30 a.m. Running northbound on Frederick Street, the parade will feature your favorite community members, local businesses, and Moreno Valley-based organizations.   Later, I invite you to join us at our annual Fourth of July FunFest, from 2 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. at the Civic Center Amphitheater. Our FunFest will feature delicious food from local vendors, exciting live music and entertainment, a beer garden, a kids’ Fun Zone, and much more. Entry is free from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and only $3 per person after 4 p.m. And, of course, there’s the fireworks! I may be biased, but I believe Moreno Valley has THE BEST fireworks show in the Inland Empire.  But don’t take my word for it. Grab a lawn chair, bring the family, and come find out for yourself.  Visit moval.org/fourth to learn more, and I’ll see you there!
